Trouble with MediaShout. I generally have a difficult time with playing quicktime files (videos or moving backgrounds) on MediaShout. I find that the solution they prescribe - Quicktime Alternative - is a hit or miss depending on the file. I've been wondering if the new version of iMovie in the iLife suite on Macs is spitting out a newer version of quicktime files. Is anybody in the worship community that uses MediaShout having similar problems?
We had a gentleman in the military show up with his bagpipes this past sunday morning and it actually worked out very well because the video I had produced would not work on our projection PC. So we had a military procession with him playing "Amazing Grace" on the bagpipes followed by the congregation singing the national anthem. It turned out great and we ended up coming off as having a well thought out and polished remembrance day moment... thank the Lord for that!
So... how was your sunday morning service?

I am a full-time worship pastor that arrived in this position only by God's doing. I am passionate about creating moments where people connect with God and I love to create music and talk about my faith with ANYBODY. One of the things that I am becoming increasingly vocal about is the need for churches to become more multicultural (and not just have a token representation of multi-ethnicities, but make sure that it permeates the DNA of their congregations).
